How it works
- In the SBV app: More → Delete my account. On the web: this page, signed in, or the form below if you can't sign in.
- Signed in, your sign-in stops at once, on every phone and computer.
- The club office finishes deleting your account within 7 days and emails you when it's done.
- From the form, the office first checks it's really you, using the email or phone the club has for you.
What's deleted
- Your sign-in and PIN.
- Your phone numbers, your photo and your other details on the club's staff list.
- The phones that get SBV alerts, your calendar link, your chat status and what you saved in the chat.
- Your place on the club's staff list, its teams and its tools.
What the club keeps
- Records the club must keep: pay, invoices, contracts and team ledgers.
- Messages you wrote in the staff chat until they're deleted, as every message is, after 90 days.
- A note that you asked and when it was done, so your email isn't added back from the club's registration lists.
